Lindsey advises clients on a broad array of civil litigation issues from product liability and commercial litigation to corporate matters. With more than six years of experience, she excels at building cases with early legal analysis and fact development to craft persuasive arguments for prompt resolution of litigation matters. As a prolific writer, Lindsey is adept at translating complex information into understandable terms, which her clients appreciate.
Previously, Lindsey served as a legal consultant and advised companies on a wide spectrum of business needs, reviewed contracts, and revised and prepared corporate policies and procedures. In addition, she has in-house counsel experience working at an international consumer products company, where she advised on contract negotiations and regulations, as well as assisted with compliance needs.
Lindsey is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and North Dakota. She received her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College and received Dean’s List honors as well as competed in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court receiving recognition both as a top orator and for brief writing skills. During her final year of law school, she was selected to compete in the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court competition. Between receiving her B.A., from the University of Minnesota and law school, Lindsey received her paralegal certificate from Hamline University and worked in that capacity for several years.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys cooking, Cross-Fit training, and spending time with her family.
