Emily Weber is an associate in HAWS-KM’s Civil Litigation group practicing in the areas of:

By taking a wholistic approach that focuses on the clients’ goals, Emily is diligent in providing tailored solutions to difficult problems. She attentively listens to clients’ concerns, processes their needs and effectively follows through with thoughtfulness, positivity and insight. Emily believes open and honest communication is key to successfully creating legal strategies to achieve your goals.
Emily is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. She received her J.D., from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She was active in numerous leadership roles, including: managing editor of the Adelphia Law Journal, president of Wellness in Practice, and representative for Minnesota State Bar Association - Women in Law School Association. Emily obtained her B.S. in Business Management from Rasmussen College.
During law school, she worked as a law clerk at HAWS-KM, honing her skills drafting memorandums, affidavits, motions, and other pleadings. Prior to joining HAWS-KM, Emily worked for Polaris Adventures, helping develop legal strategies for sustainable growth and risk management.
In her free time, Emily enjoys doing yoga, learning new things, and playing with her dachshund, Finn.
