Benjamin dedicates his practice entirely to litigation and with this focus he brings the strategic know-how to successfully advocate for clients on insurance defense matters. He is uniquely suited to counsel clients with practical and effective legal advice—as he knows both the plaintiff and the defense side of issues. With more than six years of experience, Benjamin has a successful track record of representing clients at hearings and trials in both state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Benjamin is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Montana, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He received his J.D., from William Mitchell College of Law and earned a B.A., from the University of St. Thomas.

Outside of work, Benjamin tries to see as much of the world as he can and enjoys archery, wood and metalworking, skiing, snowshoeing, biking, backcountry camping and hiking, as well as cooking.
